Ms. Willie Mae Kirkland age 59 of Ashford, AL (formerly of Graceville, FL), passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at her resident surround by her loving family.
A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, May 19th at the St. John Cemetery located at 2199 AME Road Campbellton, FL with Minister Douglas “Craig” Cotton officiating and McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton, FL directing.
A public visitation for family and friends will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 18th at the Shira Sr. and Chelcie McKinnie Memorial Chapel located at 5304 Bowden Hill Road Campbellton, FL.
Willie Mae Kirkland was born on March 28, 1962 to the late Willie C. Kirkland and Iona Mathis in Quincy, FL.
She was a high school graduate, and received a certificate of completion in small engine repair from the Job Corp Program.
She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, silbings: Annie J. Fontenot, Hattie L. Kirkland and Marcus McCants.
She leaves cherished memories with, her children: Cornelius Kirkland, Tara (Quentin) Gaddy, Dwight Neal, James Kirkland, Precious Bradwell, Gregory Kennedy and Sindor Kirkland; her brothers: Albert Kirkland, Billy Joe (Lucille) Kirkland and Cullen Brown; her sisters: Claudia Henry, Rosetta Kirkland and Lula M. Brown; her-grandchildren: Ansoneo, Ava, Jamir, Parker, Preston, Kamari, Kaclyn, Qu’Tavia and Za’Neyssia and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
