Ms. Tamara Monlyn, of Bristol, Florida transitioned from life temporal to
life eternal on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at her residence.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Tuesday, February
7, 2023, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of St. Paul AME Church located at
16076 SE River Street in Blountstown, Florida 32424 where the Reverend
Angus Jackson, Jr. is the pastor and Elder James Hogan, officiating.
Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Interment will be in the Magnolia Cemetery located at 326 13 th Street in
Blountstown, Florida.
Ms. Monlyn will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 AM until time for the
service.
A public viewing will be held on Monday, February 6, 2023, from 3:00 PM
to 5:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a
loving and devoted family:

Augusta, Georgia; Antoinette Monlyn of Bristol, Florida; Gina Monlyn of
Gainesville, Florida: Lillie Jackson and Altamese Blue both of Blountstown,
Florida; Nellie Long of Fairburn, Georgia, and Elise Fitzpatrick of
Springfield, Massachusetts
Seven Brothers: LaCoya (Velma) Monlyn of Fairfax, Virginia; Roderic
(Pattie) Monlyn, Jerry (Linda) Monlyn, Scott (Melissa) Monlyn and Clifford
Jackson all of Blountstown, Florida; Terry Monlyn of Gainesville, Florida
and Steve Jackson of Tallahassee, Florida and a host of nices, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
