Ms. Morodee Blount of Marianna entered into eternal rest on Nov 23rd in the Southeast Health Medical Center. She was 83 years of age.
A native of Jackson County, she was of the Baptist faith and a member of Bethel Star Missionary Baptist Church.
She leaves treasured memories with two sisters, Thelma Blount and Carolyn Harmon and husband Thomas both of Marianna, Florida; one god daughter, Shirley Pittman of Marianna, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be from 3-6p.m. Friday, December 2nd, at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11a.m. at Bethel Star Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Daniels, Rev. Freddie Roulhac, Rev. David Greene and Rev. Ronnie Spears officiating.
Interment will follow in the Orange Hill Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
