Ms. Michelle Denise Clower, age 64, of Grand Ridge, Florida passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Southeast Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.
Michelle was born on February 24, 1957 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Edward Clower and Juanita Thrasher. Michelle moved to Jackson County over 31 years ago from Oakdale, LA. She was employed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons as an Inmate Systems Manager.
Michelle was a member of New Beginnings Worship Center of Grand Ridge, Florida and loved her church family. She enjoyed caring for her plants and flowers with the assistance from her dog, Pickles.
She was preceded in death by her parents and life partner, Thomas Woods.
Michelle is survived by her daughter, Gaylatia Denise Clower of Greenwood; grandson, Michael Edward Clower(A’Dajah) of Navarre.
Services are scheduled for August 21, 2021 at 11:00 (CST) at New Beginnings Worship Center, 1165 Highway 69, Grand Ridge, FL 32442. Memorialization will be by cremation with Christian Memorial Chapel in charge of arrangements.
