Ms. Jimmie Miller of Lynn Haven entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 17th in the comforts of her home surrounded by her loving and caring family Through God’s grace and mercy, she was a blessed 100 years of age.
She leaves treasured memories with a daughter, Janice Buggs and husband Roderick of Lynn Haven, Florida; a son, Marcus Miller and wife Fora T of Lynn Haven, Florida; her special grandbaby who also served as her caregiver, Janaya Miller; three sisters, Ella Young, Christine Crewell of Brewton, Alabama and Lillian Jasper of Tacoma, Washington; two brothers, Samuel Lewis of Youngstown, Florida and Albert Lewis of Brewton, Alabama; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, July 24, at Carlisle Baptist Church, located at 835 S. Berthe Avenue, Panama City with Elder A. Paul Reed. Jr., Rev. Dr. Rufus Wood, Jr., Elder Wesley Watkins and Bishop Willie C. Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Hillside Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Battle Mortuary of Panama City.
