Ms. Henrietta Horne of Bascom, Florida, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 25th at Sacred Heart Hospital in Miramar Beach, Florida. She was 95 years old.
A native of Jackson County, she was of the Baptist faith and a member of Greater Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Bascom.
Fond memories will forever remain with two daughters, Ophelia Thompson and Callie Shaw both of Bascom, Florida; one son, David Horne, Jr. of Bascom, Florida; one sister, Laila Mae Cobb of Greenwood, Florida; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A homegoing celebration will be held graveside Saturday, December 5th at Greater Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Leroy Hall and Minister Joe Curry officiating. Interment will follow with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
