On Saturday, July 3rd, at Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ms. Georgia Sullivan Milton of Marianna, Florida entered peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior.
Through God’s grace and mercy, she was blessed to live 103 years. To God be the glory.
She was born in Greenville, South Carolina, but relocated here with her late husband, Arnett Milton after he retired from the military. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Ms. Milton leaves behind a devoted caregiver, Thomas Harvey, Jr. of Marianna, Florida; a dear friend, Dora Donald of Marianna, Florida; and other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be held from 10am until the 11a.m. funeral time on Saturday at Peoples Funeral Home.
A homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, July 10th at 11 a.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Daryl Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Friendship Church Cemetery with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
