Mrs. Lillian Marie Morris King age 79 of Marianna, Florida went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Marianna Health and Rehab Center.
She was born on May 2, 1942 in Denver, Colorado to the late Lee and Helen Morris. Lillian spent many years in Hollywood, Florida before moving to Jackson County in 1994. She was an excellent house keeper and worked many places cleaning apartments. Lillian was a very crafty person that enjoyed bead work, sewing, and putting together puzzles. Her two greatest joys were the Lord, which she loved with all of her heart, and her family, which she always took care of and adored the time spent with them. Lillian will be remembered as THE BEST wife, mother, and grandmother. She always had a smile, a loving heart, and lived life to the fullest.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, David Arland King; three brothers, Eddie Morris, Gene Morris, and Kenny Morris.
Lillian is survived by her loving husband of over sixty years, Alvin Charles King ; one son, William King; two daughters, Theresa Martinez and Lillian Jane Legare; grandchildren, Javeed, Jessica, Amanda, Timmy, Rebekah, and Daniel. She is also survived by a host of great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
