Mrs. Joan Gillette Olds, age 70, of Graceville, Florida went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 2022 at her home.
She was born on December 5, 1951 in Jacob City, Florida to Andrew and Maggie Lee Pearson Gillette. She was native of Jackson County and retired from West Point Home in Chipley, Florida.
She is survived by her children: Derrick White of Graceville, Florida, Reginald White (Toni) of Campbellton, Florida, Tarvis Gillette (Christine) of Ohio; stepsons: Tremaine Olds and Rodrick Olds (Ashley) all of Panama City, Florida; a sister: Northanner Johnson of Jacob City, Florida; a brother: Andrew Gillette (Lois) of Cottondale, Florida; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, March 12, 2022, 1:00 PM, in the M. Sue & Rodney D. Pittman Memorial Chapel, 5441 Cooper Street, Graceville, Florida.
Mrs. Olds will be laid to rest in the Saint Mary Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Jacob City, Florida under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, Florida.
