Mrs. Ida Mae Sylvester of the Mount Olive Community of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Sunday, July 18, 2021 in Piedmont Hospital in Stockbridge, Georgia.
Mrs. Sylvester was a member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel at Vann Funeral Home with the Reverend Henry Forward and Rev. Edith Austin officiating.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance regarding masks and social distancing will be followed for the safety of the family and those who attend the viewing and graveside service.
Mrs. Sylvester leaves to cherish her precious memories:
Two Daughters: Shirley Pittman of Marianna, Florida and Corlisa Spurlock (Arrie) of McDonough, Georgia
Four Sons: William Sylvester, Herbert Sylvester Jr. both of Marianna, Florida; Demetrious Sylvester (Paulette) Of Newport News, Virginia and Derek Sylvester (Denise) of Orlando, Florida
And a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends.
