Mrs. Annie Mae Jackson, of the Jerusalem Community, of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Friday, January 28, 2022, at her residence.
Mrs. Jackson was a member of New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. She was known for being a midwife. To know her was to love her.
Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. from the sanctuary of the New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church located at 2155 Highway 73 South, in Marianna, Florida, with Pastor Steven Andrews and Minister Isaiah Morgan, officiating.
Mrs. Jackson will lie in state from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.
Interment will be in the Mt. Cello Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held at Vann Funeral Home on Friday, February 4, 2022, from 2:00 P. M. to 6:00 P. M.
Vann Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Center for Disease Control (CDC) Guidance will be followed for social distancing and masks for the viewing and service.
Mrs. Jackson leaves to celebrate a life of love and memories, a loving family:
Four Daughters: Mary Thomas of Washington, D. C.; Norma Thomas of Orlando, Florida; Eva (Timothy) Holden of Marianna, Florida; and Priscilla (Dave) Blackbourn of New Zealand
Four Sons: Hurbert (Pearl) Jackson and Larry Jackson both of Marianna, Florida; Anthony (Cyprianna) Jackson of Lake Worth, Florida and Grover Jackson, III of Tallahassee, Florida
And numerous other relatives and many dear friends.
