Mr. Fabian L. Dixon, of Greenwood, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 29th at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
He was 57 years old. He was of the Methodist faith and a member of Greenwood Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church.
He was a 1981 graduate of Marianna High School.
Fabian leaves precious memories with his wife, Gloria Kilpatrick-Dixon of Greenwood; one son, Christopher L. Dixon of Tallahassee; three daughters, Sylvia J. Smith of Donalsonville, Georgia, Treasure Dixon of Campbellton and Tamika Dixon of Tallahassee; four grandchildren, Talmadge Fedd, Jeshaiah Dixon, Harmoni Smith and Janae Hall; his mother, Annie Ruth Dixon of Gulf Breeze; three brothers, Anthony Campbell of Panama City, Mike Campbell of Indianapolis, Indiana and Jessie Campbell of Colorado Springs, Colorado; two sisters, Gwendolyn McCollough of Gulf Breeze and Lois Corbin of Panama City; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A public viewing will be held on Friday, August 7th from 3-6p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel.
A celebration of Fabian’s life will be held graveside Saturday, August 8th at 9:00a.m. at McChapel African Methodist Episcopal Cemetery with Rev. Blanche Godwin and Rev. Bobby Bowers officiating.
Interment will follow with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
