Mr. Earl Thomas Sims of St. Petersburg, Florida and formerly of Greenwood, Florida entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 7th. He was 64 years old.
Earl leaves treasured memories with his father, Ben Sims, Jr. of Greenwood, Florida; children, Tiffany Washington, Feltis Thomas, Earl Thomas, Jr, and Jasmine Brown; one brother, Phillip Thomas; sisters, Doris Morgan and husband Eddie, Ola Mae Williams, Arkies V. Fudge and husband Willie, Linda Lovett (BJ), Wanda Sims, Tabatha Baker, Christine Crawford, Jennifer Stevenson and Angela Thomas and husband Tony, Terry Knight and Lanette Thomas; grandchildren and great grandchildren; great uncle, Edward Sims and wife Eloise; great aunt, Gehazel SIms; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Earl’s life will be held Saturday, August 21st at 10:30a.m. at New Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, interment will follow with arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home. Information provided by the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
