Mr. Daniel Eric Skelton, Sr., affectionately known as Daniel to his friends and family, peacefully passed away on August 13, 2023, in Graceville, Florida. Born on September 15, 1960, in Baltimore, Maryland, Daniel was 62 years of age at the time of his passing. His death was due to natural causes.

Daniel was the beloved son of the late Mary McKee. He is survived by his son, Daniel Eric Skelton, Jr., and his wife Jennie of Gordon, Alabama, his five cherished grandchildren, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends. Daniel was a man who valued family above all else, and his devotion to his loved ones was a testament to his kind and generous spirit.

In his professional life, Daniel was a hardworking and dedicated truck driver. He took great pride in his work and was highly respected by his colleagues for his dependability and strong work ethic. His career allowed him to fuel his adventurous nature, as he loved exploring new places and meeting new people. His friendly demeanor and optimistic outlook made him a joy to be around, and his presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorialization will be by Cremation. The family will plan a service of remembrance to be held at a later date.
