Mildred Hall Sewell age 94 of Youngstown, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
She was a native of Calhoun County born on December 5, 1925 to the late George D. and Fennie Vickery Hall. Mrs. Sewell moved to Bay County in 1947 where she was a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church and worked in retail at Tyndall Air Force Base. Mrs. Sewell an accomplished seamstress, quilter, and crocheter.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jewett Joe Sewell, brothers Horace Hall, and Dewey Hall.
Mrs. Sewell is survived by her son Jerry Joe Sewell and wife Linda of Youngstown, daughter Linda Collins and husband Frank of Charleston, SC, sisters Pauline Newsome Panama City, and Vetta Sharman of Altha, FL, three grandchildren Mark Randall, Stacy Collins, and Whitney Sewell. She is also survived by one great grandchild Kensey Randall.
Graveside services for Mrs. Sewell will be held at 10:00 AM, on Friday, August 21, 2020 at New Shiloh Cemetery in Altha, FL.
