Michael Rex Jones, 62 was called home January 12, 2023. He was born May 12, 1960, in Punta Gorda, FL. He loved hunting, fishing, billiards and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by Rex Jones-Father, Maxine Hill Jones-Mother, and daughter-Liza Jones.
He is survived by Companion Sonya Kirkland, Daughter Leisa Eastman, (Edward Eastman, Grandsons Max and Wade Eastman). Grandson Garrett Franklin (Liza Jones). Sisters, Cindy Jones, Marsha Litke (Jeff Litke) and Paula Richardson (Eddie Richardson). Five Nephews and many great-nephews and great-nieces. He was a loving brother to his sisters and a loving member of a large family of cousins, aunts, and uncles. A great friend to all.
A Visitation will be at James & Sikes Funeral Home Sneads Chapel, Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 3:30 – 5:00 pm. Memorialization will be by cremation. James & Sikes Funeral Home Sneads Chapel directing.
