Michael Jerome Leonard age 72 of Marianna passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in Dothan, Al.
He was born in Washington DC on December 26, 1946 to the late Francis and Dorothy Louise Leonard. Michael has been a resident of Marianna for the past fifteen years, coming from Tampa
He was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting, fishing, and kayaking. Michael was also a collector of American artifacts and American history.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Mary Seline Leonard and Theresa Castonguay; one brother, Joseph Leonard.
Michael is survived by two brothers, John Francis Leonard (Constance) and Patrick Leslie Leonard; one sister, Cathy Jensen; nephews, John Leonard, James Leonard, and David Jensen; nieces, Catherine Hammond, Nicole Hall, and Danielle Castonguay.
Memorialization will by cremation.
