Lenton Wilson Griffin, age 80, of Blountstown passed away Saturday November 4, 2023. Lenton was born May 15, 1943, to Horace and Valeda Griffin in Thomasville, GA. Lenton lived in the Blountstown area most of his life and worked as an electrician. He enjoyed coon hunting and gardening, but truly loved his family. Lenton is preceded in death by his parents, Horace and Valeda Griffin; wife, Sherry Griffin; sister, Dale Carroll. He is survived by daughters, Leslie Griffin of Blountstown, Lisa Griffin of Grand Ridge; brothers, Chris Griffin and Sharon of South Carolina, Ronnie Griffin and Cathy of Shell Point, FL; grandchildren, Coty Lanphere, Jesse Griffin, Cheyenne Griffin, Sydney Benton; great grandchild, Carmen Lanphere. Memorialization will be by cremation. A celebration of life will be determined for a later date. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy.
