Jackson County School Board is extending an invitation to all General Contractors for bids to perform all work associated with the Hope School HVAC Renovations, 2958 Cherokee St, Marianna, FL In general, the scope of work includes replacement of all HVAC systems, windows in 18 classrooms, and associated electrical and general trades as described in the construction documents.
Drawings and specifications will be available from Watford Engineering, Inc., 4452 Clinton St, Marianna, FL. A $100.00 deposit per set will be required payable to Watford Engineering, Inc. Deposit will be refunded upon return of complete usable sets within 2 weeks of bid date. Electronic documents shall be available at no charge.
Bids shall be a lump sum price; segregated bids will not be accepted.
All bids must be clearly marked with the Project Name and Bid Date and must be delivered to the Jackson County School Board Office, 2903 Jefferson Street, Marianna, FL 32446 prior to the Bid Opening which will be held at 2:00 PM Central Time on July 7, 2022, in Board Meeting Room. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held for all concerned parties on June 28, 2022, at Hope School at 10:00 AM Central Time in the Main Office. Notification of any changes in meeting time/date will be made only to listed plan holders.
The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive technicalities.
