AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF JACKSON COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS GAS TAX REVENUE BOND, SERIES 2021A IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT EXCEEDING $4,000,000 TO FINANCE THE COST OF THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD IMPROVEMENTS; PROVIDING THAT THE BOND SHALL BE A LIMITED OBLIGATION OF THE ISSUER PAYABLE FROM CERTAIN GAS TAX REVENUES; PROVIDING FOR THE RIGHTS, SECURITIES AND REMEDIES FOR THE OWNER OF THE BOND; MAKING CERTAIN COVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
