The Department of Environmental Protection announces receipt of an application for permit from Spanish Trail Lumber Company, LLC to construct and operate a kiln condensate treatment system and a 1.5 acre sprayfield to land apply approximately 4,320 gallons per day of kiln condensate. The proposed sprayfield site is located approximately at latitude 30° 42’ 32” N, longitude 85° 5’ 3.3” W on Old Spanish Trail, Cypress, Florida 32432 in Jackson County. The Department has assigned permit file number FLAB07357-001-IW8D to the proposed project.
