Modification to Sonny’s BBQ Alcoholic Beverage License (2021128) – Modification to an approved Development Order for ACG BBQ, LLC dba Sonny’s BBQ to increase an alcoholic beverage series request from 2COP (beer and wine for on-premise consumption) to 7COP (beer, wine and liquor by the drink or in sealed containers for consumption on or off the premises).  Sonny’s BBQ is located at 2250 Hwy 71 on the southeast corner of Hwy 71 South and Malloy Plaza East.

Sealed Bids for Dirt Road Asphalt Paving of County-owned and maintained roads within Commission District 2 in Jackson County, FL will be received by Jackson County Board of County Commissioners at the office of the Jackson County Purchasing Agent located at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, FL, until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read. Bidders shall be contractors who are normally engaged in construction and shall be licensed as may be required under existing Federal, State, and County laws. Only bids from qualified Contractors will be considered.

No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled time for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities and informalities and to reject any or all bids.
