Mr. L.C. Jones of Panama City, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 in Signature Healthcare of North Florida in Graceville, Florida.
Mr. Jones lived most of his life in Panama City, Florida. He was a heavy equipment operator with the City of Panama City.
Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from the sanctuary of the Love Center Missionary Baptist Church located at 3100 East 11TH Street in Panama City, Florida with the Reverend Dr. Rufus Woods (pastor), Reverend David Rhone, Sr., and Reverend Bruce Taylor officiating. Interment will be in the McChapel African Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery in Marianna, Florida. Vann Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Jones will lie in repose at church from 11:00 AM until for the service.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Vann Funeral Home.
He leaves to celebrate a lifetime of lasting memories and love, a devoted family:
One Niece as a Caregiver: Shirl Williams (Randy) of Marianna, Florida
Three Nieces: Nikki Brown (Jared), Pat McGriff (Ike), and Lillie B. Sims all of Malone, Florida
And numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
