Kimberly Kay Oestrike Daniels, (Nov 24, 1959- April 24, 2021) of Alford, FL peacefully gained her angel wings while surrounded by the loving comfort of her family and close friends.
Kim was a salutatorian graduate of Jackson County Adult Education and later attended Chipola College where she graduated with honors in Business Administration. She was a devoted mother, daughter, and wife. Kim was a quiet and gentle soul and her family will remember her as the loving bond that held the family together. She will forever be remembered as fiercely independent and responsible, a hard-working woman, always dependable, and an ever-constant reminder of all things great. Kim, very much, loved her family, friends, and animals of all kinds.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harold James Oestrike.
Kim is survived by her greatest joy and very best friend, her daughter, Megan Daniels Hayes (Adam Hayes); her husband of 30 years, Calvin Daniels; her mother and best friend, Delores Hilliker; siblings, Jimmie Oestrike, Chip Oestrike (Elaine Oestrike), Monique Starnes (Russell Starnes), and her youngest “sissy” and best friend, Natosha Fielder (Rodney Fielder); along with many loving nieces and nephews; her work family and dear friends, Steve and Linda Couturier; and fur companions, Buddy, Girly, Frankie and Cuddles.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday April 28th, 2021 at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Guy Tatum officiating. Interment will follow in the Alford City Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
Per her wishes, contributions to honor Kim’s legacy may be made to Partners for Pets Phil Rotolo Memorial Animal Shelter.
