On Thursday, October 01, 2020, Kevin Peacock of Sneads Florida, passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Hospital of natural causes at the age of 51.
Kevin was born on January 12, 1969 in Cocoa Beach, FL to James Kurby and Betty (Roberts) Peacock. He graduated from Sneads High School, class of 87, and graduated from the University of West Florida. He later retired from Dunbar & amp; Beale law firm,Tallahassee, Florida.
Kevin was passionate about taking in and caring for animals of all kinds and had an avid interest in botany, learning about and growing many types of plants. He loyally spent his last years caring for his terminally ill father and his mother, as a caregiver. He is remembered most for his kind, compassionate nature, gentle heart and dedication to his family.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Kurby, his paternal/maternal grandparents and great nephew, Audie. He is survived by his mother Betty, his sisters Traci Peacock (Dothan, AL), Terie (John) Karaus (Mt. Sterling, KY), 4 nieces Chelsea (Greg) Meeks, Lauren (Mike) Haney, Sara Karaus, and Lindsey Hall; 3 great nieces Georgia Meeks, Bailee Anderson, and Aubree
Anderson; 3 great nephews Blake Meeks, Jacob Meeks, Calvin Haney and his uncle Gene Roberts and his wife Pat, of Sneads, Florida.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or a charitable donation of choice.
Due to current COVID 19 restrictions, a memorial service is pending and will be announced at a later date.
