Mrs. Kettria Myrick Rivers of Marianna, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in Jackson Hospital.
Mrs. Rivers was a member of the Springfield African Methodist Episcopal Church. She employed with the Jackson County Transportation for 22 years. To know her was to love her.
Homegoing Celebration of Life service will held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from the sanctuary of the Springfield African Methodist Episcopal Church located at 4194 Union Road in Marianna, Florida 32446 with Minister James Rhynes, the Reverend Arlester McCalister, the Reverend James Dickson, the Reverend Calvin Griffin, Sr., and the Reverend Hollis McClendon (pastor) officiating. Interment in the Springfield Cemetery. Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Rivers will lie in repose at the church from 11:00 A. M. until time for the service.
A viewing will be held on Friday, February 21, 2020 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rivers leaves to celebrate a lifetime of love and precious memories, a loving family:
Three Daughters: Ailcy L. Mount of Tampa, Florida; Teela S. Rivers of Seymour, Indiana; and Carmella R. Rivers of Jacksonville, Florida
Two Sons: Justin Rivers of Columbia, South Carolina; and Ulysses Rivers of Marianna, Florida
Three Brothers: Reverend Delanor Myrick, Sr. (Mae); James G. Myrick, III; and Nelson Myrick, Sr. (Debbie) all of Marianna, Florida
Two Sisters: Lue Addie Roulhac of Marianna, Florida; and Andrewnette Bryant (Will) of Cottondale, Florida
Sisters-in-Law: Barbara Myrick of Riviera Beach, Florida; Mamie Hayes of Marianna, Florida; and Otha Myrick of Greenwood, Florida
Brother-in-Law: Qualie Roulhac, Sr. of Chipley, Florida
Grandchildren: Skylan and Christopher Granberry of Tampa, Florida; and Cali Rivers of Jacksonville, Florida
And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and many loving friends.
