John Paul Hamilton age 31 of Quincy, Florida passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2021. He was born in Tallahassee, Florida on July 1, 1990 and spent most of his life in Gadsden County. John enjoyed bass fishing, swimming anywhere he could, tinkering with things, talking on the phone, and Georgia Bulldogs. He loved spending time with his children and family and was known as the “Selfie King”.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Reba A. Keigans, James L. Keigans, and Paul D. English.
John is survived by his father, Timothy Charles Hamilton (Michelle) and mother, Tina Parker (Danny); wife Payton Hamilton; grandmother, Carolyn Ruth English; two daughters, Amelia Grace Hamilton and Stella Faith Hamilton; two brothers, Timothy Charles Hamilton II and Benjamin James Hamilton; three sisters, Krystal Marie Couch, Christine Marie Valdez, and Tonya Christine Hamilton. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. CST in the McAlpin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Todd Hill officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
McAlpin Funeral Home of Sneads, Florida is in charge of the arrangements.
