Jimmie Marvin Keene, 74 of Marianna, FL died Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his residence.
He was born November 23, 1946 in Wauchula, FL to Colon and Bertie Keene. He was proud of his service as a sniper in the military. After he left the military, he worked as a diesel mechanic for over 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Colon Keene; mother, Bertie Keene; sisters, Darlene Little, Glenda Burkhalter, Linda Smith; brother, Danny Keene.
He is survived by his sons, Timmy Keene of Wauchula, FL, Jessie Keene of Marianna, James Keene of Marianna; daughters, Angela Manley of Wauchula, Joanie Sykes of Lakeland, FL, Julie Keene of Marianna; sister, Ronda Nordgren of Marianna; brother, Randy Keene of Marianna; his aunt Chloe Howard of North Carolina; 15 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 28, 2021 at 10 AM at James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at James & Sikes Maddox Chapel.
