Jeffrey P. Hershey, age 53, of Gap, Pennsylvania, passed away in Marianna, Florida on Thursday, December 1, 2022.
He was born in Coatesville, PA, to Nancy Suzanne “Susie” Boohar Hershey of Narvon and the late Jay Paul Hershey. He was a self-employed contractor and tattoo artist. Jeff graduated from Pequea Valley High School, class of 1987. He enjoyed riding his Harley, tinkering with trucks, making furniture and most of all he loved the company of his dog Roxie.
His survivors include his mother; two children, J. Paul Hershey (Morgan) of Gap, Alyssa Hershey of West Point, NY; two sisters, Teresa L. “Tess” Eby (Bruce) of Narvon, Hope M. Gatto (Michael) of New Holland.
There will be no services in Marianna. Shivery Funeral Home in Christiana, Pennsylvania is in charge of services and arrangements.
Visitation and viewing will be Friday, December 9, 2022, at Shivery Funeral Home, 111 Elizabeth Street, Christiana, PA, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
