Henerietta Mason

Ms. Henerietta Mason, of Marianna, and formerly of Trenton, New Jersey, gained her heavenly wings on January 11, 2023 at home. She was 96 years old.
She attended and graduated from the public schools of Trenton, New Jersey. She worked and retired from the City of Trenton as an Administrative Assistant. After retiring, she along with her husband, the late Richard Mason, Sr. and family relocated to Marianna, Florida.
She was of the Advent faith and a member of the Seven Day Adventist Church.
Mother Mason leaves treasured memories with four children, Richard Mason Jr. and wife Patricia, Henry Mason and wife Carrie, Cynthia Mason and Ethel White and husband Michael all of Marianna, Florida; seven grandchildren, Marshall Mason and wife Sharon, Matthew Bilal and wife Jennie, Yolando Robinson and husband Joseph, Turiya Mason, Malachi Matcho, Maurice Reading, (Marshana) and Dominique Reading (Megan); 10 great grandchildren, Aman, Ali, Asia, Kyree, Kimoria, Maomi, Jelani, Mark, Mason and Sarif; one sister, Mary Mason; one sister-in-law, Doris Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
A Service of Love will be celebrated Saturday, January 21st at 12 noon at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Dawsey officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation with arrangements entrusted to the Caring Staff at Peoples Funeral Home of Marianna.
