Gina Edwards Rowell, age 64 of Alford, FL died Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at her residence. She was a loving mom, daughter, sister, grandmother and aunt. She loved being outside with nature and all of her farm animals and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, N.L. Edwards. Her survivors include her mother, Sue Grantham and stepfather, John; her devoted daughter, Angela Pettis Chase and husband, William George Chase, Jr.; also, the light of her life were her grandchildren, William Zackary Chase of Mayport, Christian Aden Chase of San Diego, and Trenton Gage Pettis and his wife, Lauren Pettis of Japan; and great-grandchildren, Carson and Dalton Pettis; her brother, Terry Edwards and wife, Penny; two nephews, Jeremy Edwards and wife, Jerri-Lynn, and Joe Edwards and wife, Courtney; and niece Tirzal Conrad and husband, Brandon.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 4, 2023, with Rev. Dallas Pettis officiating and James & Sikes Funeral Home Maddox Chapel directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
