Jana Driver: Fugitive from Justice Harris County, Texas: Waived extradition.

John Porter: Hold for Washington County- they have a warrant for violation of state probation, driving under the influence with property damage- plead to less than .15 blood alcohol content, six months in the county jail with 9 days’ time served and a $1,078 fine, recommended to public works, reserve on restitution for 60 days.

Kasey Story: Violation of county probation- battery: admit violation of probation, probation revoked, 11 months and 29 days in the county jail with 36 days’ time served and a $722 fine, to serve the time at Promiseland and work off the fine there.

Michael Moore: Violation of conditional release- battery domestic violence: Four months in the county jail with seven days’ time served and a $722 fine, recommended to public works.

Dominique Jackson: Retail theft, has pending felonies and child support: 60 days in the county jail with 49 days’ time served and a $370 fine, reduced to a civil judgment.

Lydia Webb: Resisting officer without violence- 10 days in the county jail with 10 days’ time served and a $370 fine, reduced to a civil judgment.
