Marqcus Angomas: Taking plea- resisting officer without violence: 16 days in the county jail with 16 days’ time served and a $370 fine, reduced to a civil judgment.

Alan Royal: Taking plea- trespass, violation of injunction: 30 days in the county jail concurrent with 30 days in the county jail and a $370 fine, recommended to public works, to go to a civil judge if fine not worked off.

Judith Hamby: Taking plea- 90 days in the county jail with 90 days’ time served, modified probation, house arrest 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. curfew, drug offender probation.

Nicholas Hayes: Taking plea- giving false name: Six months in the county jail with eight days’ time served and a $370 fine, recommended to public works.

Christopher Carter: Taking plea- resisting officer without violence: Six months in the county jail with 16 days’ time served and a $370 fine, recommended to public works.

Joseph Brincefield: Taking plea- no valid driver’s license: 30 days in the county jail with 20 days’ time served and a $400 fine, reduced to a civil judgment.

Todd Clark: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs: Conditional release, do not drive a motor vehicle, do not possess or consume alcohol.

Chasen Pittman: Violation of court order: No bond, to be seen by Judge Goodman.

Jack Simmons: Violation of county probation- driving while license suspended or revoked: Admit violation of probation, revoke probation, 11 months and 29 days in the county jail with 11 days’ time served and a $400 fine, recommended to public works.

Ervin Mars: No valid driver’s license: 10 days in the county jail with three days’ time served and a $400 fine, reduced to a civil judgment.

Brian Cass: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs- $2,500 bond, refusal to submit to blood alcohol level test- $1,000 bond: Bond posted, given notice to appear January 3 at 9 a.m.

Joseph Sheffield: Child support- $2,800 bond.

Trayvon Dorsey: Second degree murder with a firearm- no bond.

Greg Maddox: Failure to appear- grand theft: No bond.

Remorris Dixon: Failure of a sex offender to properly register upon vacating residence- $5,000 bond, failure of sex offender to properly register every six months- $5,000 bond.

Stacey Smith: Principle to burglary of a dwelling- $5,000 bond.

Daveon Gilbert: No valid driver’s license: Released on own recognizance.

Jason Fonsom: Judge gave conditional release with inpatient drug treatment on Jackson County and Washington County charges, details to be worked out before release.
