Darwin Mejia Rivera: Fugitive from justice, giving false information to law enforcement at accident, driving while license is suspended or revoked: 90 days in the county jail concurrent with 90 days in the county jail, three days’ time served and a $400 fine, recommended to public works, address fugitive charges after sentence served.
John Warden: Possession of a concealed firearm- conditional release.
