Zachary Hatfield: Violation of state probation: No bond, arraigned today, request public defender.

Dairon Ramos: Failure to appear- violation of injunction for protection, failure to appear- aggravated stalking while violation of injunction in place: Reinstated original $15,000 bond and conditions.

Mark Merrifield: Possession of marijuana under 20 grams, drug paraphernalia: Conditional release today, weekly drug testing and counseling, sentencing set for January 19 at 9 a.m.

Juanita Knowles: Driving under the influence and serious bodily injury to another, driving under the influence and property damage: Bring back December 3 for first appearance.

Kevin Karanza: Violation of conditional release, failure to appear- possession of marijuana under 20 grams: 11 months and 29 days in the county jail with 23 days’ time served and a $385 fine, recommended to public works, no action on conditional release violation.

Darwin Mejia Rivera: Fugitive from justice, giving false information to law enforcement at accident, driving while license is suspended or revoked: 90 days in the county jail concurrent with 90 days in the county jail, three days’ time served and a $400 fine, recommended to public works, address fugitive charges after sentence served.

John Warden: Possession of a concealed firearm- conditional release.

Jeremiah Castro: to be released Friday at 5 p.m. and return Monday at 9 a.m.
