Felder Keen “Bubba” Streetman, 87, of Marianna, Florida passed from this world peacefully at his home in Marianna, Florida on Friday, December 24, 2021, with his family by his side. He was born on January 19, 1934, in Marianna, Florida to his parents James Potter Streetman and Laura Price Smith Streetman. Bubba served his country honorably as a member of the United States Air Force for more than 26 years. Upon retirement from the Air Force, Bubba went to work for Unimac in Marianna where he worked tirelessly for many years until his retirement from them. He loved to fish and always enjoyed a good cigar. He also enjoyed scuba diving in his younger years. Bubba loved his family dearly and spending time with them was at the top of his list. He will be deeply missed.
Bubba is survived by his children, Laura Streeman Johnson (Myron) of Headland, AL, Donna Burke, Sheila DeShazo and Glenn Matthews all of Marianna, FL; a daughter in law, Sandy Streetman; a sister, Laura “Toollie” Harkins of Marianna, FL; 12 grandchildren, Shanna Streetman Gainer, Mandy Streetman Barfield, Kassidy Streetman, Terry Clarke, Michael Parris, Kylie Johnson Miller, Eli Burke, Jock Burke, Allan Finch, Chris Finch, Jessika Lipford, and Samantha Matthews; twenty-three great grandchildren; a special friend and fishing partner, Jeff Gwin as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Bubba was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, the mother of his children, Mary Ann Hartsfield Streetman; his last wife, Helen Streetman; a sister, Zade Streetman Guy; four brothers, JP Streetman, Harold Streetman, Radier Streetman and James Edward Streetman and a son, James “Jamie” Felder Streetman.
No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation with McAlpin Funeral Home directing.
