Mr. Eddie Register age 73 of Chipley, FL (formerly the Stateline Community) passed away Sunday, December 8th at Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center in Marianna, Florida.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p. m. Saturday, December 14th at St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church at 2199 AME Road in Campbellton, Florida 32446 where Reverend Linda E. Ellis is pastor with Minister Douglas Cotton and Sister Charmaine Godwin officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery with McKinnie Funeral Home of Campbellton directing.
A public viewing will held from 3:00 to 5:00 p. m. Friday, December 13th at The Shi’ra Sr. and Chelcie Memorial Chapel located at 5304 Bowden Hill Road Campbellton, FL.
Eddie Lee Register was born October 22th, 1946 in Cottonwood, Alabama to the late Johnny Register and Willie Mae Kirkland-Register. He accepted Christ as his personal savior early in life and joined St. John African Methodist Episcopal Church.
He was a very strong willed and independent person who was very set in his ways.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and all of his siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memory; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
