Debbie Sue Anderson, 54 of Marianna, went home to be with the Lord on October 16, 2021 in Tallahassee, Florida.
Debbie was born on November 5, 1966 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to John and Doris Pittman Spurlock. She worked as a secretary for Kent Construction and was a faithful member of Evangel Worship Center in Marianna, Florida. A virtuous woman, Debbie embodied Proverbs 31, and truly had a servant’s heart. She loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed .
She was preceded in death by her father, John Walter Spurlock.
She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Greg Anderson of Marianna, Florida; daughter: Emily Farrar and husband Bryce and their daughter Layla Kate Farrar of Marianna, Florida; mother: Doris Spurlock of Marianna, Florida; brother: Eddie Lee Spurlock and wife Debbie of Marianna, Florida; sisters: Delores Holt and husband Troy of Trenton, Florida, Betty Broome and husband Terry of Marianna, Florida, Linda Siddigue of Chicago, Illinois; mother in law: Geraldine Wilkinson and husband Don of Alford, Florida; brother in law: Chucky Anderson of Cottondale, Florida; nephews: Shane Anderson and wife Nikki of Cottondale, Florida, Jeremy Anderson of Cottondale, Florida; great nephews: Rhett and Brantley Anderson; great niece: Mila Anderson.
Funeral service will be held 10AM Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Evangel Worship Center in Marianna, Florida with Pastor Lavon Pettis officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Marianna, Florida. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
