Deacon Raymond A. Rogers, Jr., age 61, of Port St. Joe, Florida went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 14, 2020 in Panama City, Florida.
Deacon Rogers was employed with the City of Port St. Joe at the time of his death.
He leaves to cherish his memories, love, and legacy to his immediately family: his loving wife, Amy of 17 years and their grandsons (Jadarien, Zydarien, Ardarien) raised together, and their mother, Angel; his children: (daughters) Ebony and Monica Rogers of Waycross, GA, and (son) Jarrod Rogers of Blackshear, GA and Katrina and their children; precious memories will also be shared by his sisters, a brother, aunts, uncles, cousins, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives, co-workers, and friends.
Public visitation will begin at 2:00 PM (EST) Sunday, August 30, 2020, at Forest Hill Cemetery in Port St. Joe, FL.
A celebration of life will begin at 3:00 PM (EST), Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Forest Hill Cemetery in Port St. Joe, Florida under the directions of Christian Memorial Chapel of Graceville, Florida.
Due to COVID-19, a facial mask/covering will be required for any and all service. In compliance with the City, County and Florida State Law, Social Distancing will also required.
