David Lee Locke 76, of Chipley passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at his home. David was born March 6, 1944 to the late Lee Roy and Lucille Locke. He spent most of his lifetime in Winter Haven before moving to Chipley. He attended Cypress Creek Baptist Church in Alford, and loved going to livestock auctions.
He was preceded in death by parents and brother Leonard Jay Locke.
David is survived by his son Christopher David Locke of Englewood, FL, daughter Sylvia Matthews of Winter Haven, FL, brothers Lemuel Jack Locke of Chipley, Clyde Locke of Marianna, Butchy Locke of Chipley, one sister Mary Lou Locke of Chipley. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
