David Cloud, 58, went home to see Jesus, to fish in the golden ponds of Heaven on Thursday, August 27, 2020.
He was a dedicated and loving father, son, uncle and brother; but most of all, a memorable individual. David was born September 15th, 1961 in Winchester, Tennessee, inside Franklin county. Although he was recognized for many things, one factor you never doubted when it came to David was his love and his kind, forgiving heart. He loved unconditionally and always endeavored to make those around him certain of it. He was selfless beyond measure; he gave to his family without expecting anything in return, as the joy of his loved ones was simply enough. One of David’s favorite hobbies was fishing as he was very good at it and it brought him immense pleasure and peace. David’s greatest achievement was his daughter, Taylor and having the honor of her calling him “dad”. She was the most memorable part of his life and he was hers. David’s love for Taylor was seen and felt by everyone that knew and spent time with him, seeing his love and devotion to her.
David was preceded in death by his father, Robert R. Cloud.
He is survived by his daughter, Taylor Cloud; mother, Faye Cloud; brother, Wade Cloud; and his niece, Jessica.
David impacted the lives of so many people and his passing will leave a void in the lives of not only those closest to him but all that knew him. He will forever be loved, missed, and remembered- life will never be the same without him. Please share with his family the knowledge that David is celebrating with his Lord, Jesus Christ and while his journey on this earth has come to an end, his greatest journey has now begun.
