Cheryl Louise Williams age 56 of Cottondale, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2020 at her home. She was born on April 18, 1964 in Bonifay, FL to the late Willie Payne, Jr. and Frances Payne. Cheryl has lived most of her life in Jackson County where she worked for the State of Florida as a Correctional Officer for 13 years. She also managed convenient stores for Graceville Oil Company for 12 years and the Pilot Travel Center in Marianna, FL for 8 years.
She was preceded in death by her father Willie Payne, Jr.
Cheryl is survived by her mother Frances Payne, two sons Brett Williams of Alford, FL and Jake Williams of Cottondale, Fl, two brothers Freddy Payne of Lynchburg, VA, and Billy Payne of Bonifay. Cheryl is also survived by four grandchildren.
No services are planned at this time.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
