Casundra Reed Whitehurst, 56, of the Poplar Springs Community, Graceville, Florida passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024, of a short and courageous battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.
Casundra affectionately known as “Saun” was born in Fairfield, CA on Travis AFB, November 2, 1967. A graduate of Poplar Springs High School, Class of 1985, Saun had a very large non-judgmental, unconditional, loving heart toward everyone. She enjoyed working and volunteering with the teachers and students at Poplar Springs School.
Preceded in death by her father Douglas Reed, brother Dylan Reed and sister Annazette Hall.
She is survived by the ones who affectionately called her “Saun”, “Granny” or “Meme”, mother Marline Reed Condrey, partner George Bell, children George Bell, II (Ashleigh), Michael Bell, Jade Bell (Jesse Wood), Dillon Sharpe, Wyatt Walsingham, Levi Reed, six sisters and brothers Glynis Starling, Douglas Reed, Jr., Triska Scott, Demond Reed, Duhnohnne Reed, Ashley Reed, several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the Graceville Community Church with Bro. Dale Worley and Bro. Edwin Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Noma Cemetery with James & Lipford Funeral Home in Graceville directing.
Family will receive friends at the church 10 a.m., until the time of service.
