Ashlie Rebecca Register Tyus, age 42 passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at her home. Ashlie accepted Jesus into her heart at an early age at Eastside Baptist Church where she was very active in youth programs and other activities in the church. She was a 1995 graduate of Marianna High School and very active in band and sports. Ashlie worked several years at Russell Corporation and later was a correctional officer with the Florida Department of Corrections. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a #1 fan and supporter of her daughter and son in all activities. Ashlie was always there to assist anyone in need and give a helping hand. She will be greatly missed, but will always live in the hearts of family and friends.
Ashlie was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Mae Roberts; and paternal grandfather, Milton Register.
She is survived by her daughter, Allyson Cannady; son, Dylan Tyus; grandson, Jaeden Cannady; parents, Paul and Sandra Register; sister, Erin (Travis) Tharp; nephew, Grayson Tharp; and paternal grandmother, Martha Register.
