Alice Gwendolyn Turner, 64 of Altha Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning June 22, 2023. Alice was born on August 26, 1958, in Marianna, Florida to her mother Barbara Hand and her father Alvin Williford. Alice was preceded in death by her mother, father, and late husband Troy Turner. She is survived by her daughter Euteava Ellis and her son Chris Ellis, her brother, Greg and her sister, Terri, her grandchildren, Terri Gerard and husband Jared Gerard, Tristen Ellis and wife Sierra Ellis, Cayla Viele, Aryan Ellis, Fox Blake-Ellis and wife Stephanie Blake-Ellis, Ethan Ellis, and Stormi Burden, and her great grandchildren Jasper and Piper Gerard, Kasen and Arabella Ellis, Tucker Henry, Levi Alexander, Inocencio and Killian Rivera, Asher Brown, Ira and Ezra Viele. Alice enjoyed going to car shows and taking weekend trips out of town. Alice was a loving mother and grandmother. She was always up for time spent with her loved ones. Family will receive friends and relatives at 1:00 PM CT Thursday June 29, 2023, at the Peavy Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 PM CT with Reverend Allen Nichols officiating. Interment will follow at Chipola Cemetery in Altha. All arrangements are under the direction of Marlon Peavy at Peavy Funeral Home in Blountstown, FL.
