NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Summary In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of April, 2017, in Case Number 15-586 CA, of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Jackson County, Florida, wherein APCO EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION is Plaintiff, and CAROL A. HALL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL A. HALL, DANIEL L. GAY, DONNA H. GAY, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) NA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at the front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, Marianna, Florida, at 11:00 A.M., CST, on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described real property, as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

AT THE TIME OF THE SALE, THE SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER OR BIDDERS, AS THE CASE MAY BE, SHALL POST WITH THE CLERK A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO 5 PERCENT OF THE FINAL BID.  THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE APPLIED TO THE SALE PRICE AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT.  THE SUM REMAINING DUE AND OWING AFTER APPLICATION OF THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE PAID TO THE CLERK IN CERTIFIED FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICY OF THE CLERK OF COURT.

SWILLEY STREET RECONSTRUCTION
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Swilley Street Reconstruction will be received by the City of Marianna at the office of the City Clerk located at 2898 Green Street, Marianna, FL, until 1:00 p.m. local time on Monday, June 5, 2017, at which time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.  The Project consists of reconstructing 442 LF of milled asphalt road with 102 tons of asphalt pavement, 951 LF of type E curb & gutter, construction of a cul de sac with an open channel flume, miscellaneous concrete, and other associated roadway improvements.
 
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above.  Bidding Documents are available via e-mail (as portable document format (PDF) files) at no charge.  Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents.  The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $_80_ per set, payable to “Alday-Howell Engineering, Inc.”, plus a non-refundable shipping charge.  Upon Issuing Office’s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder’s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen.  The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.  Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.  Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
