Recreational Vehicle Ordinance: An ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Jackson County, Florida providing for the amendment of Chapter 74 Division 8. Supplemental Regulations for Specific Uses, Jackson County Code of Ordinances; providing for severability; providing for an effective date.
Landscape Requirement Ordinance: An ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Jackson County, Florida providing for the amendment of Chapter 74 Division 7. Landscape ordinance by requiring Florida-friendly landscape practices and irrigation systems; by providing for consistency with state law and the county of Jackson Comprehensive Plan; providing for purpose and intent; providing for definitions; providing for amendment of existing regulations; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; providing for codification; providing for enforcement and providing an effective date.
Lemmon/Gann Variance Request: A request from Connie Lemmon and Donald Gann for approval of a variance from Section 74-97(c) Jackson County Code of Ordinances to allow for use of a recreational vehicle as temporary housing during the process of construction of a permanent dwelling to be located in Compass Lake in the Hills Subdivision.
The public hearing will be held November 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of County Commission Meeting Room of the Jackson County Administration Building at 2864 Madison Street, Marianna, Florida. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This project consists of furnishing and installing lighting fixtures and all appurtenances along the SR 166 corridor within the City of Marianna from south of the Citizen’s Lodge and proceeding north to just east of Treeview Drive. Also included is the installation of the aerial power system for the lighting system including an alternative bid for a subsurface power system by directional bore and open cut. Necessary Clearing and Grubbing and Grassing is also included where needed to provide a complete and operational lighting system along the SR 166 corridor.
