Mrs. Eliza E. Battle of Blountstown, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Friday, September 14, 2018 in Calhoun Liberty Hospital, Blountstown, Florida. 

She was a member of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church in Blountstown, Florida.

Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza E. Battle will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 11:30 AM from sanctuary of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church located at 16345 SE River Street, Blountstown, FL 32424. Reverend Dr. C. L. Wilson officiating. 

Interment in the Magnolia Cemetery in Blountstown, FL

Vann Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Battle will lie in repose at the church from 10:30 A. M. until time for the funeral service.

The viewing will be held Friday, September 21, 2018, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Ms. Ossie Lee Blue of Blountstown, FL, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on September 7, 2018 at her residence.

She was a member of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church of Blountstown, FL.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church 16345 SE River St Blountstown, FL with Rev. Matthew Mitchell, Apostle G.B. Sheard, Rev. Angus Jackson, Superintendent Delano Reed, Evangelist Jacqueline Solomon and Rev. Dr. C.L. Wilson Pastor Officiating.

Interment will be in the Graves Creek Cemetery of Blountstown, FL.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.

The viewing will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Edward Allen Pollock

Mr. Edward Allen Pollock, of Greenwood, Florida went to his heavenly home on Saturday, September 1, 2018 in the Bay Medical Center Covenant Hospice Care in Panama City, Florida.

 Mr. Pollock was a member of New Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church.  

Homegoing services will be held on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the sanctuary of the New Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church located at 5239 New Liberty Hill Road in Bascom, Florida, with Elder Dr. Nelson Wilson (Pastor), Reverend Joseph Curry, and Reverend Leroy McLeroy officiating. Interment in the church cemetery.  Vann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 

Mr. Pollock will lie in repose at the church from 9:00 A.M. until time for the service.

The viewing will be held Thursday, September 6, 2018, from 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Yolanda Y. Hogue

 

Mrs. Yolanda Y. Hogue of Sneads, Florida transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Hogue was a member of the Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church. She was employed in the Dietary Department at Signature Healthcare at the Courtyard. To know her was to love her.

Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 1:00 PM CST from the sanctuary of the Saint Peter Missionary Baptist Church located at 7989 McKeown Mill Road in Sneads, Florida 32460 with the Reverend Dr. Adrian D. Abner (pastor), Reverend William Harvey, Elder Broderick Raines, Elder Willis Raines, Jr., and the Reverend Paul Daniels, Sr. officiating. Interment in the St. Peter Cemetery in Sneads, Florida. Vann Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. 

Mrs. Hogue will lie in state at the church from 12:00 Noon until time for the service. A viewing will be held at Vann Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Vann Funeral Home. 

She leaves to celebrate a life of lasting memories and love, a devoted family:

Husband: Martin S. Hogue of Sneads, Florida 

Father: Harry McCallister of Marianna, Florida

Son: Fredron “Tank” Jones of Sneads, Florida

Three Brothers: Craig McCallister (Sondra) and Harry McCallister, Jr. (Martha); both of Sneads, Florida; and Kelvin McCallister (Jennifer) of Quincy, Florida

Mother-in-Law: Georgia Ann Williams (Joe) of Blountstown, Florida 

Four stepdaughters

And a host of aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters-in-law, godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
