Miss Ashleigh Breanna Varn, 19, of Grand Ridge, FL, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017.

Ashleigh was born on February 2, 1998, in Dothan, Alabama.  She attended Sneads High School where she was loved by many.  She was Teen Miss Sneads, Miss Pink Cares and an outstanding role model for all young women.  She loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, baking and decorating cakes, creating one of a kind wreaths and spending time with family and friends.  She was also an avid animal lover.  Ashleigh had a heart of gold and would go out of her way to help anyone. 

Ashleigh was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Allen.

Ashleigh is survived by her parents, John and Melissa Varn of Grand Ridge, FL; a “best friend & sister”, Jewel Smith of Pensacola, FL; maternal grandfather, Nelson Allen of Sneads, FL; maternal great grandmother, Helen Allen of Grand Ridge, FL; paternal grandmother, Judy Varn of Grand Ridge; paternal grandfather, Lea Varn and his wife Christine of Jacksonville, FL; two aunts, Nelwyn Luman and her husband Jon of cypress, FL and Julie Kent of Grand Ridge, FL; three uncles, Nelson Allen, Jr and his wife Amy of Sneads, FL, Quitman Varn and his wife Rebecca of Sneads, FL, Keith Varn and his wife Scarlett of Chattahoochee, FL; Eric Wekesser and his wife Kristie of South Carolina; her Godparents, Ricky and Ellen Blankenship of Grand Ridge, FL; ten cousins, Russell Allen, Ella Allen, Drake Luman, Kennice Luman, Keirstyn Varn, Braden Varn, Taylor Varn, Ashtyn Varn, Aubrey Hanson, Stephen Hanson and Tyler Wekesser as well as many other loved ones and friends especially in the Class of 2017. 

Ashleigh will be greatly missed by all the lives in which she touched.

Visitation with family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM CST at Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Sneads, FL.  Funeral Services will be held at Sneads Assembly of God Church on Friday, December 22, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM CST with Rev. Juno Douglas and Rev. Gary Gable officiating.  Interment will follow at Dellwood Baptist Church Cemetery in Dellwood, FL.
