Mrs. Emma L. Leeks, of Marianna, FL formerly of Bascom, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 om the Chipola Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at New Liberty Hill Missionary Baptist Church 5239 Liberty Hill Rd Bascom, FL 32423 with Rev. Joseph Curry, Rev. Deon Johnson, Rev. Willis Long and Elder Dr. Nelson Wilson Pastor Officiating. 

Interment will be in the New Liberty Hill cemetery.

Vann Funeral Home will be in charge of the service.

The viewing will be held Friday, December 8, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Vann Funeral Home.

Mrs. Leeks will lie in repose at the church from 10:00 A.M. until time for the service.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond and precious memories, a family:

Two Sons: Darryl McKay of Jacksonville, FL and Michael Barnes (Kim) of Orlando, FL

Two Sisters: Sallie Long (Chester) of Tallahassee, FL and Nell Sinclair of Tampa, FL

Sisters-in-Law: Audrey Leeks of Marianna, FL, Helen Leeks of Fayetteville, NC and Josephine Leeks of Miami, FL

Brother-in-Law: Jim H Smith of Bascom, FL

Aunt: Eldorado Smith of Bascom, FL

Numerous Grandchildren

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
