Bishop Willis L. Raines, Sr., of Sneads, FL transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Signature Health Care at the Courtyard, Marianna, FL. 

Bishop Raines was the Pastor and founder of the United New Jerusalem Church of Jesus Christ in Mt. Pleasant, Florida. He was also the Chief and Founder of United New Jerusalem Church of Jesus Christ, Incorporated.

Homegoing services were held on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. EST from the sanctuary of the Tabernacle Church of Christ Written in Heaven, 12425 Blue Star Highway, Gretna, FL 32333 with Bishop Willis Atkins, Bishop Willie Potter, Presiding Elder Done Kincy, Superintendent Delano Reed, Elder Willis Raines, Jr., Evangelist S. McMillion, Bishop Marvin Alls and Elder James Bighem, Officiating.

Interment in St. Peter Cemetery, Sneads, FL. Vann Funeral Home in charge.

Bishop Raines leaves to cherish his precious memories a loving and devoted family:

42 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great, Great Grandchild
